Sure Comfort's Deluxe Newborn to Toddler Tub
Reviewed by Sarah Mullin
Description: Sure Comfort's Deluxe Newborn to Toddler Tub is made for newborns to toddlers. It has different positions to put baby in as he grows bigger and develops head and upper body strength. The sling feature is perfect for newborns and is machine washable. At one end of the bathtub is a contoured backrest and seat which is meant for infants. The other end features an upright back rest which supports a sitting baby or toddler.
Personal Review: I registered and got this tub at my baby shower for my son. The soft strap to hold newborns above the water was very helpful when he was so little and fragile. He had enough room to kick and do what he wanted in this tub until he was 5 months, and that time I moved him to a sitting up one. It fit well in my bathroom closet to keep for storage, and cleaned well after each bathroom use. I could hold his baby wash and shampoos, along with other things, in the end compartment so I had it close by while giving him a bath.
I will be keeping this tub for future use, as I think it was a best buy. I never had any issues with my son slipping down, because the backrest has material on it to hold baby in place.
Pros:
- Easy to store
- Transitions with baby
- Compartment to hold bath items
- Allowed baby room to move around while in with it without feeling stuck or closed in
- Easily Cleaned
Cons:
- Depending on growth of child, the tub does not make it to toddler years

We also used this tub when our guy was an infant. I loved the sling feature. It cradled him gently and let him be suspended in the water, unlike other types of infant tubs. It was great when he was a newborn, but once he outgrew the sling it didn't work for us anymore. He never seemed comfortable in the contoured infant "seat" and wasn't old enough yet to sit upright in the toddler seat. The bump in the middle of the tub would always end up jabbing him in the back when I tried him in the infant "seat," and he just could (or would) not lay in it correctly. So we used the tub for maybe 4 months and then put it away, using something else. I really don't see how people use it until toddler hood. It's such a small tub and my guy was already filling it out at 4 months.
